Mild Quail Eggs / A Charleston Tradition

Way Back in The Day, After The Civil War. Everyone was broke. Pickling became a way of Family Survival. I have me a Few Older Customers in their 80's and 90's , Not only did they delight is Seeing and Sampling Our Pickled Quail Eggs, they Asked if We Produced Pickled Watermelon Rinds.   This is a Classic and Ol-Timey Southern Man's Snack.  Something to enjoy with your Son and make a new Memory with Dad.
