Horseradish Pickles / Charleston Sharp Cheddar Burger!

Yet another Coveted Family Recipe. I have a friend of mine in North Carolina, who uses these pickles to raise money for his Church every Spring.  These Pickles are on the sweeter side of life! They go great on a Burger with Sharp Cheddar. You can also take these and mix them in Cream Cheese to create an amazing Charleston Spread! Enjoy!
